On October 12, 2026, the 26th China International Industry Fair (CIIF) officially opened at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai Hongqiao).
With the theme “Intelligent Economy, Boundless Intelligent Manufacturing,” this year’s CIIF brings together advanced manufacturing technologies and intelligent equipment from around the world. Shandong Kowell Robot Co., Ltd. is showcasing a range of intelligent robotic equipment and application solutions at Booth 7.1H C19, presenting how robotics can be applied to real manufacturing processes.
At the exhibition, Kowell Robot is presenting its technologies and solutions across industrial robotics, intelligent welding, robotic palletizing, and mobile collaborative equipment.
In the dynamic demonstration area, the KW1180M-3200 heavy-duty robot is one of the key exhibits. With a 3,200 mm reach and an 80 kg payload, it demonstrates its motion capabilities in demanding applications such as heavy-duty handling and palletizing. The robot arm and control system operate together to demonstrate the stability and performance required in real industrial applications.
In the welding application area, the KW1012H Intelligent Welding Workstation demonstrates robotic welding in practical manufacturing scenarios. From workpiece positioning to welding trajectory execution, the system is designed to perform stable and continuous automated welding based on specific process requirements, providing an additional automation option for industries such as automotive components and machinery manufacturing.
The palletizing area focuses on flexible automation. The KW1030D and KW1040D collaborative palletizing workstations feature OPIS one-click intelligent palletizing and zero-programming pallet pattern design, making task configuration more intuitive and supporting faster changeovers in multi-product, small-batch production.
Other exhibits, including the painting workstation and collaborative welding cart, further expand the application range on display and demonstrate the potential of robotics in flexible manufacturing.
The robotic products showcased by Kowell cover different payload and application requirements, forming a product matrix ranging from robot hardware to specific industrial processes.
Kowell’s six-axis industrial robots cover payloads from 5 to 300 kg. Equipped with a self-developed high-dynamic motion control algorithm, the robots can optimize their motion according to different payloads and operating conditions.
Selected models offer repeatability of up to ±0.05 mm, supporting the stability and repeatability requirements of industrial applications such as handling, machine tending, and welding.
The KW1012H Intelligent Welding Workstation is designed around practical welding applications. It can identify incoming workpiece deviations in real time and autonomously make fine trajectory adjustments, helping the robot adapt to positional variations that may occur during actual production.
Depending on the application, the system can be configured for processes such as laser welding and gas-shielded welding, as well as different workpiece materials, providing automated welding solutions for applications including automotive components and mechanical structures.
To address the complexity of traditional palletizing system configuration and the need for flexible product changeovers, the KW1030D and KW1040D collaborative palletizing workstations use the OPIS one-click intelligent palletizing interface to simplify operation.
Combined with zero-programming pallet pattern design, users can configure stacking patterns and task settings without complex code writing, making robotic palletizing more intuitive.
In addition to robot arms, welding and palletizing systems, the painting workstation and collaborative welding cart are also part of the exhibition lineup.
These systems cover typical manufacturing processes such as handling, welding, palletizing, and painting, demonstrating Kowell’s ability to extend from individual robot products to practical application scenarios.
CIIF is not only a platform for product demonstrations, but also an important space for manufacturers, system integrators, and robotics companies to exchange ideas.
At the booth, Kowell’s technical team is engaging with visitors on topics including robot selection, welding automation, palletizing, multi-product production, and equipment integration.
Different workpieces, payload requirements, cycle times, and production layouts require different automation approaches. The technical team discusses these factors from the perspectives of robot performance, application processes, and system integration, exploring how robots can be incorporated into existing production workflows.
From specifications to solutions, and from individual robot systems to complete applications, the discussions focus on real manufacturing requirements and how robotic technology can better connect with industrial production.
From industrial robot arms and intelligent welding to flexible palletizing and mobile collaborative equipment, Kowell Robot is presenting a diverse range of products and applications to demonstrate the possibilities of robotics across different manufacturing processes.
The first day may be over, but the exchange continues.
